Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NDN Technology, we strive to provide high-quality software services and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

    • Service Not Rendered: If NDN Technology fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to technical or operational reasons.
    • Duplicate Payment: If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service.
    • Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If a customer cancels a service before the work has started, a refund may be issued, subject to administrative fees (if applicable).
    • Service Dissatisfaction: If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, customers may request a refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Non-Refundable Services:The following services are non-refundable:

    • Services that have already been rendered or completed.
    • Custom software development or services that have been tailored specifically for the client.
    • Subscription-based services after the subscription period has started.
    • Any third-party costs or fees incurred during the service delivery process.

  3. Refund Request Process:To request a refund, customers must:

    • Submit a written refund request via email to [email protected] within 7 days of service completion or the issue arising.
    • Provide detailed reasons for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation or evidence.
    • Include the original invoice or payment details for reference.

  4. Refund Evaluation:

    • All refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7-10 business days.
    • We may contact you for additional information or clarification during the evaluation process.
    • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be credited within 14 business days using the original payment method.

  5. Partial Refunds:In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

    • Only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory or incomplete.
    • Administrative or third-party costs were incurred during the service delivery.

  6. No Refund Policy for Certain Services:

    • For services explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
